Classic Shortbread
  1. Combine the butter and sugar (and extras if using them) and mix together without aerating or creaming

  2. Add in the flour and gently bring together into a dough

  3. Roll or cut out any shape you love

  4. Bake at 150°C for 18-20 minutes or until very lightly golden brown

  5. While still warm, dust with additional caster sugar
