Graham Cracker Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a food processor, combine the graham crackers and sugar. Pulse until fine crumbs form. Pour in the butter and pulse until the crumbs are well coated and stick together when pinched.

  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate using the bottom of a measuring cup or glass. Bake until just set, about 10 minutes. Let cool before filling.
