Cold drinks, assorted crackers and breads, and a "bitey" cheese spread for a successful stag party.
Do not use process cheese, only aged cheese. Grate cheese finely. Stir in tomato paste, garlic salt and Worcestershire. Add enough beer to form a smooth spreadable paste. Serve with crackers, potato chips, rye bread rounds, thin pumpernickel or melba toast. Can be stored in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Can be spread on bread and grilled for a hot sandwich.
