1-ingredient Tangerine Sorbet
  1. Peel SEEDLESS tangerines and separate into individual segments. Or remove the seeds if the fruit contains seeds.

  2. Freeze on a plate or sheet pan until frozen solid, about 4 hours.

  3. Transfer to a food processor and process until dry and crumbly. Pause for a minute and process again until smooth.

  4. Pack it down a bit with a spatula, scoop and serve. I prefer to eat it right away but you can store it in the freezer if you need to. If you freeze it overnight or longer, it will get very hard so leave on the counter until it is scoopable.

  5. You can sweeten it up with a little honey or make it extra creamy with coconut cream.

  6. Shave some dark chocolate on top (optional).
