Preheat oven to 180°C
In a prepared oven safe dish, add all the ingredients together (apart from the pistachio butter) and mix well
Spread the mixture evenly in the dish
Add 3 tbsp of pistachio butter and swirl using a knife
Top with some more pistachios (optional)
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the centre
