Heat the oil in a pot with the whole spices, bay leaf and green onion bulbs
Let it infuse for 5 to 10 min on medium heat
Mix all the remaining ingredients in a jar
Strain over the hot oil and let it sizzle
Mix well and seal the lid. Let it cool completely
Store at room temperature
Cook the prawns in chilli oil for only 2 minutes (on medium flame) and remove
Add in more chilli oil, soy sauce and water (be careful not to burn the oil)
Toss in your boiled noodles and mix well till saucy. Add more chilli oil if required
Serve with the fried prawns. garnish with sesame seeds, green onions & coriander
