Cornbread
Honey Butter
Preheat oven to 450°F, place baking pan into oven, rest for 15-20 minutes
Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, cornmeal) into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients (eggs, milk, butter) and whisk together.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, whisk into a nice thick batter.
Take baking pan out of oven, pour in batter, bake for 25 minutes (or until a toothpick or fork comes out clean). Let cool off.
To make honey butter, combine butter, honey, and salt. Whip at high speed until combined.
Drizzle honey on top of cornbread, serve.
