Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a container
Dredge chicken into the flour and seasoning mixture
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and reaches 165 degrees
Top chicken with 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and stir well until coated
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside
Turn heat to medium and add frozen tortellini to the pan
Pour in pasta sauce and ¼ cup water, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes until tortellini is tender
Top with shredded mozzarella and cooked chicken
Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and dried parsley
