Air Fryer Roasted Red Peppers
  1. Turn the air fryer on to 180°C/350 F for 20 mins Note 1

  2. Use a knife and chopping board to slice peppers in half, then remove stems and seeds

  3. Place bell peppers into the Air Fryer open side up, cook for 10 mins

  4. Use tongs to flip the peppers to the skin side up and cook for a further 10 mins

  5. Use tongs to remove peppers from Air Fryer and place in a bowl, cover with cling wrap and allow to cool.

  6. Once peppers are cool, slide skins off and discard.

  7. Store in the fridge in an Air Tight container for 3-4 days
