Stir minced garlic and garlic powder into melted butter.
Pour butter over waffles and toss until evenly coated.
Organize Eggos into single layer.
Bake until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes. Flip halfway through.
Plate and garnish with parsley.
Whisk together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and yogurt until smooth in a bowl.
Add in herbs, paprika, and salt. Stir together and serve with your "fries."
