  1. Peel all produce. Chop big pieces into small ones for ease of blending.

  2. Put all produce into the blender, then fill to the top with water. Blend…a lot.

  3. Strain really well into a bowl, using a metal strainer (best way in my opinion)

  4. Store in 2 large mason jars and take shots as needed!
