Slightly roll out your puff pastry
Evenly spread fig preserve around, leaving about an inch border without preserves
Layer brie on top of preserves
Layer prosciutto on top
Starting at the top, tightly roll the puff pastry down
Once fully rolled, pinch to seal at the bottom
Using a serrated knife, cut about ½ to ¾ inch rolls
Place the pinwheels about 1.5 inches apart on a baking sheet
Using a kitchen brush, brush egg wash on each pinwheel
Put in oven at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes until golden brown
