Preheat oven to 180C.
Blend 1 cup of oats into a flour.
Ground 1 cup of hazelnuts.
Mix the dry ingredients: oat flour, ground hazelnuts, ½ cup brown/coconut/raw sugar, ½ cup chopped dried figs, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tsp baking powder.
Add 2 eggs and ½ cup olive oil to the dry mix and combine.
Bake the mixture in the preheated oven.
