Mimi's Sour Cream Banana Cake
  1. Cream butter & sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

  2. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla and fold in bananas.

  3. Pour into two greased 8-inch layer pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

  4. When cool, frost with chocolate frosting
