Add your lemon jello mix to 2 cups boiling water, then let cool.
Add into your jello mix your 2 cups 7-Up (or Sprite) and cool until mixture begins to set up.
Then add in your diced bananas, drained crushed pineapple and marshmallows.
Pour into your 9×13 dish and let set in the refrigerator.
In a saucepan combine your pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour, butter and lemon juice until the mixture thickens. Let that cool in refrigerator.
Mix in a bowl your whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until just past soft peak stage.
Once cool, fold in your thick pineapple juice mixture into your whipped cream until combined.
When completely set, top your jello with your whipped cream mixture. Spread for an even layer.
