Bulgogi Bibimbap Kimbap (mini Rice Paper Version)
  1. Marinate thinly sliced beef with sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, minced garlic, and sesame oil for 30 minutes

  2. Pan-fry marinated beef until cooked and lightly caramelized

  3. Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil to make the sauce

  4. Cook eggs lightly salted and slice into sheets

  5. Julienne carrots and Persian cucumbers

  6. Place half sheet of gim shiny side down

  7. Dip rice paper in water and place on the bottom of the gim

  8. Layer lettuce, rice, vegetables, egg sheets, and cooked bulgogi on the rice paper

  9. Fold rice paper up first, then roll tightly with gim

  10. Seal the roll with water

  11. Slice into 4 pieces and serve with gochujang sauce and sesame seeds
