Salt & Pepper Tofu
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°f. Pat dry tofu and cut into bite-sized cubes.

  2. In a bowl, mix together spice mix. season tofu cubes with the spice mix then toss with cornstarch until evenly coated. Add 2 tbsp of neutral oil and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Spray air fryer with oil and place tofu cubes in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they're not touching. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

  4. While tofu is cooking, prepare the salt and pepper mix and cut garlic, green onions and peppers.

  5. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic, green onions and peppers. sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. add the air-fried tofu cubes to the pan. sprinkle the salt and pepper mix and toss to evenly coat.
