Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss potatoes with olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet, cut-side down. Roast 35-40 minutes until golden.
Squeeze lemon juice over the hot potatoes.
Sprinkle crumbled feta and chopped parsley on top.
Serve hot with extra lemon if desired.
