Roll puff pastry and cut into graduated squares.
For bottom layers, stack pastry, ham, and cheese.
Beat egg with water; lightly brush each square.
Bake 15–18 min until golden and puffed.
Cool and stack squares from largest to smallest on skewers.
Sprinkle fresh parsley before serving.
