Pistachio Butter
  1. Set out a large food processor. Add the shelled roasted pistachios to the food processor. Pulse to grind the pistachios into fine crumbs.

  2. Then add 5 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of honey to the ground nuts. Continue to grind/purée until the nut butter is very smooth.

  3. At this point, it will be VERY thick. You can add additional oil and honey to your desired taste and texture.
