Instant Frozen Berry Ice-cream
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender, and whizz on high speed until smooth and the consistency of ice-cream.

  2. Serve immediately, scooped into glasses.

  3. If you do have leftovers, transfer to freezer-proof tubs and keep in the freezer for up to two days.

  4. Take the ice-cream out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
