Peking Pork Dumplings
  1. Place all the filling ingredients in a large bowl and give a good mix.

  2. Grab a dumpling wrapper and place in about a heaped tsp of the filling in the centre.

  3. With your finger brush the edges of the wrapper with some water (this will help to seal the dumpling).

  4. Fold in half to make a semi circle and pinch in the centre. Then pinch and gather each side to the middle.

  5. Continue till all the filling is used. This amount makes about 35 dumplings.

  6. Prepare by either boiling, steaming or pan frying and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

  7. Enjoy!
