High Protein High Fiber Rice Recipe
  1. Rinse the rice, lentils, and quinoa thoroughly until water runs mostly clear.

  2. Add all grains to your rice cooker.

  3. Pour in 3 cups of water. Add salt if desired.

  4. Close the lid and cook on the regular rice setting.

  5. Once done, let it sit in "warm" mode for 10 minutes to finish steaming.

  6. Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
