Start by adding 6 cups of sifted wheat flour to a large bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 3 cups of water.
Now add another 1 and ½ cups of wheat flour gradually.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Get one of the halves and roll it up into a log shape.
Round each piece into a ball.
Add 1 cup of melted unsalted butter.
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and let the pieces of dough rest for at least 1 hour.
In a large bowl, add some chopped chives to taste and a drizzle of olive oil.
Then add eight boiled eggs, chopped into dices.
Add ½ teaspoon of salt and a generous pinch of black pepper.
Get one piece of dough, put it on the table and stretch it by hand until very thin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C or 356° F for 40 minutes.
