Copycat Rice-a-roni Broccoli Cheddar Rice
  1. In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.

  2. Add contents of jar and toast lightly for 2–3 minutes until pasta starts to brown.

  3. Stir in 2 ½ cups water (or 2 cups water + ½ cup milk for creamier results).

  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15–20 minutes until rice and pasta are tender.

  5. Fluff with a fork, cover again, and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
