Creamy Cannoli Dip
  1. Place ricotta in fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth set over bowl and let sit at least 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate up to overnight.

  2. In food processor (a blender won’t work), puree drained ricotta, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth, adding cream only if needed to loosen dip.

  3. Transfer to bowl and fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Serve with strawberries and cookies and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
