Combine all the seasonings together to make a blend
Peel the paneer into ribbons and sprinkle the seasoning blend along with a drizzle of oil
Place paneer ribbons on a baking tray, spreading them apart, and bake at 175°C for 12 minutes or until crisped up yet soft, stirring halfway through
While paneer is baking, make the salad by combining onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, chopped dill, drizzle of oil, lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt
Mix the salad and set aside
Once paneer ribbons are done, assemble the shawarma: place wrap, add generous amount of tzatziki in the middle, top with paneer ribbons, salad and chopped dill
