Knead the kofta ingredients well (either in a bowl or straight on the baking tray).
Shape into a log and cut into 8 or 9 koftas.
Place the koftas, sliced onion, and cherry tomatoes on the same tray.
Drizzle everything with oil and bake in the preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
Mix the tomatoes with salt and parsley after baking.
For the harissa tahini, mix tahini, harissa paste, salt, lemon juice, and maple syrup well, adding water to thin it out.
Assemble everything on a flatbread and enjoy!
