  1. Prepare the dough 36 hours ahead by mixing dry ingredients, adding oils and butter, then water, and fermenting in the fridge.

  2. Prep the veggies 24 hours ahead by drying spinach, mushrooms, and roma tomatoes in the fridge.

  3. On the day of baking, assemble the pizza by pressing out the dough into a deep dish pan and layering the ingredients in the specified order.

  4. Preheat two baking stones at 450° for one hour.

  5. Bake the pizza on the low stone for 20 minutes, then move to the top stone for 10 more minutes.

  6. Let the pizza sit in the pan for 5-10 minutes before serving.
