Preheat the grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and garlic until well combined. Reserve ¼ cup of the garlic butter mixture in a small bowl.
Add the shrimp to the bowl with the remaining garlic butter and toss until evenly coated. Tightly thread the shrimp onto 6 skewers, dividing evenly. Place the skewers on the grill or grill pan and cook without moving them for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until the shrimp is lightly charred and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes more.
Arrange the skewers on a large platter. Brush with the reserved garlic butter and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing.
