Naan Bread
  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

  2. Add in the olive oil, yogurt, egg, and salt. Stir until incorporated and smooth.

  3. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the flour, until a shaggy dough forms. Then switch to your hands and bring it together into a ball until smooth and shiny. As soon as it comes together, stop kneading.

  4. Lightly oil or spray a clean bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer dough to the prepared bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled in size.

  5. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 6 equal pieces and roll out each ball into a 6" circle.

  6. Preheat a skillet and cook the naan until golden brown on both sides.

  7. Combine melted butter and minced garlic together. Brush each warm naan with the garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy!
