Combine 300g biscuits, 100g Maltesers, 100g melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to create the biscuit base
Press the biscuit base mixture into a cheesecake pan
Beat 600g full-fat cream cheese with 150g icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip 200ml double cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture
Melt 100g white chocolate and incorporate into the cheesecake filling
Fold in 50g crushed Maltesers
Pour the cheesecake filling over the biscuit base
Refrigerate until set
Decorate with melted white chocolate, grated white chocolate, sprinkles, and your favorite decorations
