Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and place them into a large mixing bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and buffalo sauce, tossing until all the chicken is evenly coated.

  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the chicken to marinate and absorb the flavor. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water during this time to prevent burning.

  3. While the chicken marinates, prepare the garlic parmesan sauce by combining the roasted garlic, mayonnaise, sugar, Parmesan cheese, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy, then fold in the minced Fresno chile pepper.

  4. Thread the marinated chicken strips tightly onto the skewers, weaving them back and forth for even cooking. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F while assembling the skewers.

  5. Place the skewers into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 14–18 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. The chicken should develop crispy edges and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

  6. Remove the skewers from the air fryer and immediately brush generously with the garlic parmesan sauce while still hot. Serve warm with extra sauce on the side and enjoy.
