Christmas Mince Pies
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. On a lightly floured bench/board, roll out pastry to 3mm thickness

  3. Cut out rounds with 6cm cookie cutter and small tops to match

  4. Spoon a small amount into each base & seal with matching top

  5. Prick with a fork and bake for 15 mins
