2-ingredient Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and egg. Stir or blend until smooth and fully mixed.

  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a circular pizza shape about ½ inch thick. Smooth the top evenly.

  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust looks golden around the edges and feels firm in the center.

  5. Remove from the oven, add your favorite pizza toppings, then return to the oven for a few more minutes until melted and bubbly.
