Coconut Laddoos
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan on low flame.

  2. Add condensed milk, desiccated coconut, and cardamom powder.

  3. Cook for 5–7 mins, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

  4. Let it cool slightly, then shape into laddoos.

  5. Roll in desiccated coconut and garnish with crushed pistachios and saffron strands.
