Add the almond meal, protein powder, nut butter, maple syrup, cacao, vanilla, and milk to a bowl and mix until well combined
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a fry pan over low heat
Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the top of the mixture
Sprinkle with extra sea salt
Pop into the fridge for 1 hour to set, or the freezer for 10-20 minutes
Slice into 6 bars and enjoy
