Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound chicken breast, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in orzo and toast for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes until orzo is tender.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley. Enjoy!
