Heat up a large pan on high heat
Place corn in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until well charred
Remove from heat and allow to cool
When cooled, use a sharp knife to carefully slice down each side of the corn cobs to remove the kernels and set aside
In a large bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, salt, pepper, and avocado oil
Mix until very well combined
Add the chopped cabbage, red onions, black beans, cilantro, cucumber, salt and pepper
Mix until everything is well incorporated
Transfer to a serving bowl
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy
