Magnesium Butter Lotion Recipe
  1. Shake the magnesium flakes and distilled water until completely dissolved.

  2. Melt the Shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, and beeswax in a double boiler.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then add the castor oil.

  4. Add the frankincense and lavender essential oils.

  5. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until solidified.

  6. Use an immersion blender to slowly incorporate the magnesium water until the mixture is blended, soft, and fluffy.

  7. Transfer to a 4-ounce glass jar and refrigerate for best shelf life.
