Crispy Rice Paper Shrimp Scallion Pancake
  1. Finely dice your green onions and shrimp

  2. In a bowl mix together your green onion, sesame oil, minced garlic, cornstarch, salt, white pepper, and shrimp

  3. Quickly wet your rice paper and shake off any excess water

  4. On a pan on medium-low heat coated with spray oil, quickly place two sheets of rice paper on top of each other on the pan and let it get crispy

  5. Spread your shrimp mix on your rice paper

  6. Place another two sheets of damp rice paper on top of the shrimp mix and fully enclose the mix

  7. Flip the rice paper so that the top side can get crispy

  8. Remove from the pan once both sides of the rice paper are crispy with a light golden brown hue and the shrimp is fully cooked through

  9. In a small bowl mix together soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make your dipping sauce

  10. Chop your crispy rice paper shrimp scallion pancake into multiple slices using a knife and dip into your dipping sauce and enjoy
