Grilled Tofu Alfredo
  1. Mix paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, light soy sauce, olive oil, hot sauce, and salt to create the grilled tofu marinade

  2. Cut 500g medium firm tofu block and marinate in the spice mixture

  3. Grill the marinated tofu until cooked through

  4. Blend the remaining 200g tofu with unsweetened soy milk and olive oil to create the tofu cream sauce, season with salt to taste

  5. Boil tagliatelle pasta according to package directions

  6. Combine 1 cup tofu cream, pasta water, nutritional yeast, freshly cracked black pepper, and salt to create the alfredo sauce

  7. Toss the cooked tagliatelle with the alfredo sauce

  8. Top with grilled tofu and serve
