Boil tagliatelle pasta according to package directions
Combine 1 cup tofu cream, pasta water, nutritional yeast, freshly cracked black pepper, and salt to create the alfredo sauce
Toss the cooked tagliatelle with the alfredo sauce
Top with grilled tofu and serve
