Warm the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cupcake tin
Whisk together wet ingredients and sift together dry ingredients
Combine wet and dry ingredients to form batter and fill cupcake liners
Bake for around 20 minutes until cupcakes are golden and bounce back when touched
Prepare frosting by mixing powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until fluffy
Top cooled cupcakes with frosting
