Combine 1 large pre baked sweet potato, 4 tbsp oat flour, 3 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 2-3 tbsp maple syrup, and a pinch of salt to create the brownie base
Press the brownie base mixture into a pan or container
Blend 8 medjool dates, ¼ cup peanut butter powder, a pinch of salt, and water as needed to create the caramel layer
Spread the caramel mixture over the brownie base
Drizzle with melted vegan dark chocolate if desired
Refrigerate until set and serve
