Brownie Blended Chia Pudding
  1. Bloom the cocoa powder first by pouring hot water over the cocoa powder. Stir to prevent clumps. Then let it sit for 2 min until the powder dissolves and the liquid thickens.

  2. Add chia seeds, milk, cocoa, vanilla, sweetener, yogurt and a pinch of salt to a (immersion) blender. Let it soak for 5 min and then blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer to an airtight container. Mix in the chocolate chips, cover it and let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 h (preferably overnight), maximum 1 week.

  4. Serve with the garnishes on top and enjoy.
