Mix the sauce ingredients together (mayo, tomato ketchup, mustard, garlic granules, paprika, and gherkin juice) and set aside
Smash the parboiled potatoes with the bottom of a glass
Spray the smashed potatoes with oil and season with roast potato seasoning and paprika
Air fry the potatoes on 200C for 14 minutes, turning halfway and spraying again
Cook on the highest setting for the last 4 minutes
In a pan, fry the beef mince in oil spray for a few minutes
Crumble the beef stock cube over the mince and add tomato purée and mustard with a dash of boiling water
Fry for a further minute
Top the smashed potatoes with the beef mince
Melt the cheese on top
Add sliced lettuce, diced cherry tomatoes, and gherkins
Drizzle with burger sauce and serve
