In a saucepan bring water, ginger, cardamom, and cloves to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and add tea, sugar, and milk.
Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
Turn off, allow to cool for a few minutes then stir in honey.
Strain tea into cups and serve.
Store the rest in the fridge for up to 4 days.
