Authentic Indian Masala Chai
  1. In a saucepan bring water, ginger, cardamom, and cloves to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat to a simmer and add tea, sugar, and milk.

  3. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.

  4. Turn off, allow to cool for a few minutes then stir in honey.

  5. Strain tea into cups and serve.

  6. Store the rest in the fridge for up to 4 days.
