Start by cooking your ground chicken in some olive oil over medium/medium high heat.
Once it’s halfway cooked, add your seasonings along with your diced onion and bell peppers. Stir.
After roughly 5 minutes, add the tomato paste, flour, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let that cook for 1-2 minutes.
Then add your chicken broth and stir.
Once it comes to a simmer, stir in your chopped cabbage, cover with a lid, and turn the heat to medium-low.
Let that cook for roughly 25 minutes or until the cabbage reaches your desired texture.
I took the lid off and let it cook for another few minutes to let it soak up some more broth.
Serve over rice! And sprinkle on some green onion.
It’s also yummy with a dash of soy sauce!
