Roll each disc up, twist it, and form it into an S shape.
Stack one shaped piece on top of another to form a bola and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Once chilled, roll the dough out into discs again.
Toast each disc in a non-stick pan until bubbles form, then flip to cook the other side.
