Homemade Crackers
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and bring together into a dough.

  2. On floured baking paper, roll out the dough to the thickness of a £1 coin.

  3. Slice into cracker shapes and brush with a little water.

  4. Spread slightly on a tray and pierce with a fork.

  5. Sprinkle with some sea salt.

  6. Bake on 180°c for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Allow to cool before storing in a tin for up to 2 weeks.
